Pederick supports Gifford Hill in Parliament

Liberal Member for Hammond, Adrian Pederick, called on the Weatherill Labor Government to support with the Murray Bridge Racing Club Gifford Hill development during a parliamentary debate yesterday.

“The Murray Bridge Racing Club plans are great for the region and, above all, will create huge employment and tourism opportunities,” Mr Pederick said.

“The State Liberals recognise the importance of our regions and I will continue my fight for development, economic and employment growth in Hammond.”

The Gifford Hill project is one of Mr Pederick’s top priorities for the region.

The project will provide the region with a huge opportunity to increase tourism and employment in the Murraylands.

“The Government needs to be involved in the viability of this plan to meet its commitment to the regions of South Australia,” said Mr Pederick.

“The Weatherill Labor Government need to realise what a huge opportunity this is for the Murraylands region.”
